Rain and me...

If you really miss a rainy day, and you wake up in the morning wishing it to rain..  all you have to do is ask me to wash my car...
yes, it's that simple....
every time i wash my car, it rains instantly... and just when i try to be smart and avoid washing it, the sun will rise for a week ...

Yesterday i went to the gas station to have my car washed, what drove my attention is that most of the cars being washed were brought by women.
While waiting, there were two women with their children waiting as well, one was shouting at her kids all the time, and the other one was holding her daughter's hand showing her how the process goes, talking to her, listening to her.. i thought "honak 3enayah, wa honaka 3enayet comfort" do u remember this phrase from comfort's ad?? what would that woman lose if she stopped shouting and actually enjoyed this thing with her kids, after all the whole idea of taking your kids to wash the car is to ENJOY....

el mohem my car is dirty now, though i checked the weather before washing it and they said nothing about rain!!!!! see??

surprises..

why do people hate surprises?? so many people would mention that when you try to do them a nice and sweet surprise...
They just want you to do the thing you're trying to do so straight forward.. why don't they just allow other people to show them how creative they can be, how thoughtful they can be and above all how caring they can be.....

Me as a person do love surprises (good ones of course), although no one has managed to surprise me so far, i mean like really surprised me.. i just have this way of figuring people's plans...

work

I wake up late as usual, racing time, try hard to be there as early as i can, but i fail...
swith the car on, turn the radio on trying to catch anything to hear during my 7 minutes drive to work .. on my way i keep praying to find a good spot to park my car , most of the times my prayers are not answered and i spend 10 minutes trying to find one .... i enter the door, avoiding the metal detector something, i greet the person at the entrance, press the elevator button, i check in, greet the people at my office, log on to my computer, open the drawers to put the valuable things in , start checking my mail, and then the day will start, either a busy one with lots of work to do, meetings, problems to solve.. or just an extremely boring day with nothing to do (but those cases are rare) ...
A countdown will start at 3.30, the most boring 0.30 hour in my life... at 3:57 i log off my computer, put my things back to my bag, i check out at 4:00, press the elevator button, greet every one again, i walk to my car (with a big smile on my face), switch the car on, the radio will automatically be turned on, try to hear anything nice and full of energy during my 3 minutes drive back home, i park my car at the garage, and a new day will begin now...

it seems so boring writing the daily routine of work but awkwardly i keep doing it every day.. sometimes with no interest of doing it at all, but most of the times i do it with lots of pleasure..
can work be a fun thing to do?? i wonder..

JAD has started a voting inorder to determine which mug is the cutest, mine or his... so he claimed that his mug has won but still, give it much more time...
